Serving Lehi · Utah County

Water softener installation in Lehi, Utah.

Lehi water tests 18–25 grains per gallon. We install Sentry II softeners, whole-home carbon filtration and reverse osmosis at posted prices — from $1,795 installed — and we're the same crew that flushes Lehi's tankless water heaters every year.

What hard water is doing to Lehi homes

Lehi's water comes from a mix of Central Utah Project surface water and local wells, and it tests in the 18–25 grains-per-gallon range through most of the city — about three times the point where water is officially 'hard.' Newer subdivisions on the west side (Traverse Mountain, Thanksgiving Point area, the Pilgrims Landing and Holbrook Farms builds) nearly all have tankless water heaters, which is exactly the appliance hard water damages first.

We work across Traverse Mountain, Thanksgiving Point, Holbrook Farms, Pilgrims Landing, Ivory Ridge, Jordan Willows, downtown Lehi. We're based in Lehi, so this is home turf — same-week installs are the norm.

Lehi questions we get asked

How hard is the water in Lehi?

Lehi typically tests 18–25 grains per gallon (gpg). Anything over 7 gpg is considered hard; over 10 is very hard. We test on site before sizing a system.

What size softener does a Lehi home need?

For most 3–4 bath homes with 3–5 people on 18–25 gpg water, a 48,000-grain unit is the right fit. Smaller homes do fine on 32k; larger families or homes with a big soaker tub go to 60k. We size to your actual usage, not the biggest unit we can sell.

Do I still need a yearly tankless flush if I have a softener?

Yes, but it becomes insurance instead of rescue. A softener stops new scale from forming; the annual flush clears what's already there and keeps the manufacturer warranty valid. Flush Pros does both — most softener customers add the $225 flush to the same visit.

Do you charge a trip fee to Lehi?

No. Installed price is the whole price. We're based in Lehi, so this is home turf — same-week installs are the norm.

Is sales tax included?

Softeners, filters and RO systems are taxable in Utah; the prices shown are before tax. Tankless flushes are a cleaning service and are not taxed.
